Weather Shipping Tips
To make sure your shipment of SUEDY'S KOO-KI SUSHI ® stays cool
and arrives safely during warm weather, we ONLY ship overnight and
pack our insulated shipping containers with enough environmentally
friendly gel ice packs to maintain quality through the one-day delivery
process. Unfortunately, we cannot be responsible for deliveries that
are delayed beyond that time, unless it is due to courier error.
Please follow these tips when ordering:

Send
your order to an address where someone will be available to
receive the package. If your recipient works, please send it
to his or her work address if possible, especially if a “signature
is required”. Even if you “waive” signature”,
the package could be left on a warm doorstep or porch for hours.

Select
a “deliver on” date that falls on a Tues, Wed, Thurs
or Friday. We do not ship on Friday for delivery on Monday because
your order could sit in a warm shipping facility over the weekend. |

Let the
recipient know that a package is coming, especially if they
live in a very warm area. Unless your order really must be a
surprise, it is always a good idea to let your recipient know
that a package is coming so they will be home to receive it
or they can check outside for a package that has been delivered. |
